Born in 1974 Daniele Canella worked in Rome, Edinburgh and Venice before returning to his native Tuscany. In 2010 he became the executive chef of La Colonna restaurant. Currently he is the resident chef of Osteria Il Tuscanico and Il Visibilio restaurant.
