Il Visibìlio also benefits from the consulting of the Chef Giuseppe Iannotti, awarded 2 stars for his Restaurant Krèsios in the Michelin Guide Italy 2023.

Chef Daniele Canella

Born in 1974 Daniele Canella worked in Rome, Edinburgh and Venice before returning to his native Tuscany. In 2010 he became the executive chef of La Colonna restaurant at Hotel Le Fontanelle. Currently he is the resident chef of Osteria Il Tuscanico and Il Visibilio restaurant, both located at The Club House. In November 2023 he was awarded with 1 Michelin Star for Il Visibilio.
